Next to the Camino de Santiago, between sea and mountain. You wake up to birdsong, enjoy coffee on a porch surrounded by greenery, rest in a large private garden, and watch the starry sky on cool summer nights. 5-10 minutes from spectacular beaches and coves: Oriñon, Sonabia (nudist), Islares. Close to adventure, dining and party entertainment, Castro Urdiales, Guriezo, just over 1/2 hour from Bilbao. Trails, rivers and green landscapes that look like they were painted. Easy access to the A8 The space The house occupies the upper part of an estate between the sea and the mountains. It offers spacious, bright and cozy spaces with wooden ceilings that provide a special charm. It has four double bedrooms, a large double-height living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area and a spacious bathroom with a double sink, two large mirrors, a bidet, a large corner bathtub and a window. Outside, guests enjoy a covered porch, a private garden, a rest area with lounge chairs and a barbecue. Ideal for relaxing and spending time with family or friends. Guest access Guests enjoy the exclusive use of the house and all the outside areas designated for the accommodation, which include a covered porch and a private garden. The house has free Wi-Fi, heating, and a smart TV. Private parking inside the property. A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. You will also find bed linens, towels, hair dryer, shower gel, and toilet paper. There is a laundry area with a washing machine, soap, fabric softener, ironing board and iron (we thought it would be a good idea to put another combination refrigerator in this space, since the one in the kitchen might not be enough). For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, a barbecue and a gas paella pan are also available for preparing delicious paellas and sharing the moment. Other things to note The upper part of the house is rented in its entirety. Guests have exclusive use of the house, the garden and the porch. The property is spread over two levels. Upstairs is the house for rent and the outdoor lounging areas. At the bottom are the access gate, the parking lot and the lower part of the house where I live. It is completely separate from the area designated for guests. My access is on the opposite side of the guest recreation area, so your privacy is guaranteed. We only share the access gate and parking area.
