But the real gem of the vacation rental is its vaulted cellar with exposed stone: an unusual and cozy setting, perfect for impromptu, memorable karaoke evenings. There is also a dartboard and a speaker to extend evenings until the wee hours of the morning! The house has 6 bedrooms, including one that is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility, as well as a shower room adapted for people with reduced mobility with toilet, a bathroom with toilet, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a games room awaits you for your board game evenings (Werewolves, Time's Up and other classics). The garden has been designed for relaxation and socializing: garden furniture, large outdoor table, hot tub, petanque court, darts area and Breton shuffleboard area. Below, direct access to a small stream invites you to stroll, and most importantly, the cottage is an ideal base for many marked hiking trails (GR). The nearby greenway will also allow you to follow the magnificent Route des Écluses on foot or by bicycle. And all around, the Ardennes are waiting for you! With its deep forests, the meandering Semois and Meuse rivers, charming villages and sites steeped in literary history, the Ardennes region is full of activities for young and old: hiking, canoeing, cycling, exploring heritage or simply strolling in the footsteps of poets – you won't be short of things to do during your stay! Things to know: The beds are made upon arrival and cleaning is included in the rate: all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay to the fullest, without worrying about housekeeping. Pets are welcome on the ground floor — only the upstairs, which is carpeted, is off-limits to them.
