It features two bedrooms with double beds, a gallery bed above the living area, and a sofa bed for flexible sleeping. Guests can relax on the private terrace, enjoy the IR sauna, and use free parking. Surrounded by forests and walking trails, it’s an ideal base for nature lovers and a peaceful countryside escape. The space The Space This spacious 100 m² two-bedroom apartment with a gallery can comfortably host up to 6 guests. The apartment features a bright 45 m² living room, where guests can relax or sleep on a sofa bed if preferred instead of the gallery bed. There are two separate bedrooms (20–25 m² each), both furnished with 160×200 cm double beds. Above the living area, a gallery provides an additional 140×200 cm bed, creating a cozy and slightly elevated sleeping space. The apartment also includes one private bathroom (approx. 8 m²) with a shower and toilet. Guests can also enjoy a private terrace of about 20 m², a pleasant outdoor spot for relaxing. Amenities The apartment includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating to ensure comfort in all seasons. Guests are provided with fresh linens and towels, as well as essential bathroom amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee and tea facilities, cookware, and dining utensils. A washing machine, flat-screen TV, dining table, and comfortable seating area are also available. For relaxation, guests can enjoy a private infrared (IR) sauna inside the apartment. Additional conveniences include blackout curtains, sound-insulated windows, iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies, and safety equipment such as a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. Property & Building The apartment is located in a private residential building and has its own entrance with key access. Guests also have access to free private parking at the property. Meals are not provided on-site, giving guests full flexibility to prepare their own food in the kitchen or dine elsewhere. The space is designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a relaxed atmosphere for families or small groups. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, including a private kitchen, bathroom, living area, gallery sleeping space, and terrace. There are no shared indoor areas. Free private parking is available at the property. Access is via self check-in using a keybox, and the access code is provided before arrival.
