The space The Homestead right in the Bunbury CBD Sandridge Park Estate has been thoughtfully designed for large families, group getaways and special occasions, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Master Suite – A luxurious retreat featuring a super king bed, freestanding bath, spacious double shower and private ensuite. Bedroom 2 – Family Retreat – Perfect for children or larger groups, this room includes a double bed and single bed, plus a queen bed and another single bed. Additional beds can be provided by prior arrangement for an extra charge. Bedroom 3 – Guest Suite – A peaceful room with a comfortable queen bed. Bedroom 4 – Nursery – A double bed plus everything needed for families travelling with a baby, including a proper cot, feeding chair and change mat. The heart of the home is the light-filled kitchen with a cosy breakfast nook, alongside a casual family dining area with TV—perfect for morning coffees or relaxed meals. The magnificent lovingly known ‘ballroom’ is ideal for gathering together, with a large 10-seat dining table, oversized family lounge, huge TV and a dedicated play area where the kids can spread out while the adults unwind. Outside, you’ll discover beautifully established gardens, a sparkling swimming pool, a large undercover entertaining area, children’s play equipment, a trampoline and a peaceful fish pond. It’s a private, picturesque setting where families can relax, reconnect and make lasting memories. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the home and outdoor spaces throughout their stay, allowing you to enjoy Sandridge Park Estate as your own private retreat. The property offers secure off-street parking, accessed through two double front gates, with ample space for multiple vehicles. Entry to the home is via the main front door using the self check-in instructions provided prior to arrival. Please note that two rooms within the home, along with the downstairs garage, are locked and reserved for private storage and are not accessible to guests. There is also a separate driveway and access point to the basement/garage area, where we have a private storage container. From time to time, we may briefly access this area during a guest stay. This access is completely separate from the guest entrance and main outdoor areas, and we will not enter the home or guest spaces. It is designed to be unobtrusive and should not impact your privacy or enjoyment of the property. Everything else—including all guest bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, swimming pool, gardens and outdoor entertaining spaces—is yours to enjoy throughout your stay.
