A fully private first-floor home on our family's own 11,500 sq feet plantation property, with it's own entrance. The property also backs onto a natural river. It's a traditional 2BHK flat ( both rooms can be booked if required, the platform doesn't allow separate listings) The hometstay is approximately 90 kms from Cochin international airport and 7 kms from Kumarakom Resort, the Vembanad lake and Kumarakom backwaters. Malaraikkal Water lily tourism is just 2 kms away. The space * Two bedrooms available (booked based on group size), each with a king size bed and individual AC) *CCTV security of the property *Living/Drawing room with 65-inch TV *Full kitchen *Two bathrooms, both with geysers gor hot water *Inverter backup covering the entire floor *Dedicated parking on property *River frontage at the back of the property *Extra mattresses available for large groups Guest access Guests have full, independent access to the first floor via a private entrance, separate from the main house. Parking, farm grounds, and river frontage are accessible throughout the stay. Pricing adjusts based on the number of guestes/ rooms used- One room for smaller groups, both rooms for upto 4 guests (extra mattresses available beyond that on request) During your stay The property is family owned and managed on site with the host's family based on the ground floor. We're happy to help with check-in, local tips, or anything that comes up during your stay, while making sure you have complete privacy on your own floor. If you'd like to join us for meals or simply chat, you're always welcome. We enjoy company as much as you might enjoy a break from touring. Equally, if you'd rather keep to yourselves, that's completely fine too Other things to note * Guests can book either one or two bedrooms, as required, with a maximum of 4 guests. Additional bed and mattress can be made available on request. The space in that case, can accomodate a maximum of 6 people. * The property backs onto a natural river. There is no lifeguard or supervised swimming area. Guests may swim at their own risk, and supervision of children near the water is the guests responsibility. * As this is a working farm, please dispose off garbage only in the designated bins provided. We'd appreciate guests being mindful of this to help keep the plantation clean. * Self-drive car available on request
