The gîte comprises (maximum capacity 15 people excluding attic space): * 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms with washbasin area and one room with single beds including two bunk beds). *2 bathrooms *Modern, well-equipped kitchen, two large living rooms on the first floor. *The upper floors are reserved for bedrooms. Maximum capacity up to 20 people by reserving the attic: 80m2 of beautifully appointed additional space (2 bedrooms including 1 double with washbasin area and 1 bedroom with single beds/1 bathroom/1 large living room). Pets allowed only in summer (April to September). Depending on the period, utilities (water/electricity/wood) are not included in the rental price and will be invoiced at the end of the stay according to consumption.
