Various floors of the villa can be accessed from all levels of the garden. Parking area. Interior The villa is spread over 4 floors connected by a staircase and a lift. The main entrance is located on the raised ground floor and includes an entrance, a very bright living room with fireplace, a sitting room connected with the kitchen and with satellite TV, a library sitting room, 1 service bathroom. Going down the stairs (or with the lift), you enter the dining room with fireplace, the well-equipped kitchen with access also from the outside, the pantry, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with access to the outside, 1 twin bedded room with high window from the floor, 1 bathroom with shower. Going down another staircase you will find the indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi area which measures 14 x7 with a depth of 1.5 to 1.9m, that can be heated in the cold seasons, sauna for 5 people with shower, gym with TV, massage room. The large windows of the swimming pool lead to the solarium external area. Garage. On request to be paid on the spot possibility of organizing cooking classes, dinners, domestic help and babysitting. The pool’s heating system is upon request (to be requested at least 1 week before arrival) and to be paid for on the spot (400 euros as preheating fee plus 1,5 € per m3 for maintaining the temperature). Use and maintenance of the swimming pool €60 per day to be paid on site.
