Las Gondolas, primer linea, padel, tennis, garden

The apartment is very well situated in front of the sea, with alle accomodations in the building: swimming pools, tennis, petanque, padel, pingpong, basket. The apartment has a nice terrace with a splendid direct view on the sea. In the apartment there is one bedroom with a big double bed (180x200). In the livingroom there is a big new sofabed (144x200), a smart tv, table and 4 chairs. There are two new quiet ceiling fans. There is kitchen with all necesarry tools and a bathroom. The apartment is very well located, only a few minutes walk from the citycentre with many restaurants, bars and shops. You don t need a car in Almunecar. There is a busstation from where you can take a bus to go to Nerja, Granada or Malaga. Almunecar is lovely for people who like the sea and a nice cosy citycenter.
