Guest house near Roshchino

A spacious studio in the wing of a private house with windows on two sides (view of the green courtyard and barbecue house) with a private bathroom. The entrance to the wing is on the second floor, via the internal staircase. The room consists of two areas separated by a rack: - an office with a desk, a couch and chairs; - bedrooms with a full double bed (+ baby crib on request). The bathroom with shower and sauna are located in the wing for the personal use of guests. The kitchen, living room and terrace are shared with the owners of the house. The space The house is located in a quiet, well-established gardening community with developed infrastructure (shop, playground, medical center). Nearby is the village of Roshchino. Perfect for skiers in winter (near ski slopes) and for mushroom pickers and travelers (convenient to stay overnight) or mothers with children in summer (near the forest, equipped playground). About 3.5 km away are the Maloye and Bolshoye Lebyazhye lakes, a little further away is Roshchinskoye (you can swim, sunbathe, make a barbecue in nature), the Roshchinka river, Pukhtolova mountain (you can ride bicycles or skis and just walk around beautiful places), the Lindulovskaya Roshcha larch reserve. Guest access In the wing, consisting of areas separated by a rack: - A double bed; A daybed; - Wi-Fi; A work table; A coffee machine; - A set of dishes and cutlery; - Cups and tea bags for brewing; - Electric kettle; - Built-in wardrobe; An iron and ironing board; Sauna. The kitchen is on the ground floor - shared for guests and hosts, equipped with: - A combined oven/microwave; - glass ceramic stove; - A large dining table; - a spacious refrigerator; - a dishwasher; - Necessary dishes and cutlery. Free Wi-Fi Guests will have at their disposal: - A tea house + barbecue. - A washing machine in the laundry room. - Parking on the premises for 1 car (or two motorcycles). Other things to note It's quiet and peaceful here. Around there are forests and lakes (Maloye Lebyazhye, Bolshoye Lebyazhye, Roshchinskoye Lake, through the forest - the Roshchinka River, a little further, in the car access - Krugloye Lake), where there are plenty of berries and mushrooms, there is a place to swim and just walk. Not far away is Pukhtolova Mountain and Lindulovskaya Grove, where you can walk around the most beautiful places of the Vyborg district of the Leningrad region, and in winter - ski. The Kuuterselkya Memorial, carefully recreated by enthusiasts on the site of the tank and infantry battles of the Russian-Finnish War - for those interested in the history of the Second World War and the Great Patriotic War. There is a grocery store on the square close to the house, and a well-equipped playground nearby, where the children of our gardening community constantly play in the summer.
