Ideal for business trips with large workspace or family stay for a weekend or for a week. For 1, 2, 3 or 4 people, 93 m2, 2 bedrooms including 1 quiet one on the courtyard, 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, an equipped kitchen, a 38 m2 living room and a terrace will be at your disposal. The space For a weekend, or for a week, we will be happy to host you in our pleasant and atypical apartment located on the 2nd floor. The accommodation is located in the heart of a charming little Alsatian village (famous for its 20-letter name!) which has all the amenities: gourmet restaurant, Alsatian restaurant specializing in tarte flambée, bakery 200 meters away, butcher, tobacco, hairdresser, doctor, dentist... Our spacious 90 m2 accommodation, located on the 2nd and top floor of our house includes: - 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is quiet overlooking the courtyard. - 2 bathrooms with 2 restrooms. - A fully equipped kitchen: stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and Senseo filter coffee machine. - A bright and atypical living room with an original panorama: exposed beams and friendliness make this space charming. Flat-screen TV, DVD player, books, magazines, games and Wi-Fi access will also be available to guests. - A terrace. - A parking space. - Possibility to park 3 bikes on request in a secure room. Other things to note The accommodation is atypical because it is on a half-level, kitchen access and bathrooms 4 steps. As well as a few steps to access the terrace.
