The accommodation is located in the heart of a charming little Alsatian village (famous for its 20-letter name!) which has all the amenities: gourmet restaurant, Alsatian restaurant specializing in tarte flambée, bakery 200 meters away, butcher, tobacco, hairdresser, doctor, dentist... Our spacious 90 m2 accommodation, located on the 2nd and top floor of our house includes: - 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is quiet overlooking the courtyard. - 2 bathrooms with 2 restrooms. - A fully equipped kitchen: stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and Senseo filter coffee machine. - A bright and atypical living room with an original panorama: exposed beams and friendliness make this space charming. Flat-screen TV, DVD player, books, magazines, games and Wi-Fi access will also be available to guests. - A terrace. - A parking space. - Possibility to park 3 bikes on request in a secure room. Other things to note The accommodation is unusual because it is on a split level, with 4 steps to access the kitchen and bathrooms. There are also a few steps to access the terrace. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Floor coverings: - Bedroom and hallway: carpet - Living room: solid hardwood flooring Small dogs weighing less than 8 kg are allowed, with an extra charge, upon request. Other pets are not allowed. Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €200 in cash if you are traveling with a pet.
