Nestled half way between town and the bustling ski hills of Fernie Alpine Resort, this cozy loft condo makes for a perfect homebase to hit the slopes. Located just a five minute drive from the powdery peaks of Lizard Range, enjoy a full day of flying down fresh skiable terrain. Offering plenty of space for the whole family and gorgeous mountain views, this spot is ideal for a four-season getaway. Just a stone's throw away––find restaurants, bars, shops and services. The space BED & BATH With one master bedroom offering a comfy queen bed, plus a loft with two additional queen beds–– there’s plenty of space for everyone. You’ll also find one full-piece bath available, including a tub for a long soak. LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN The living room has a stone fireplace and television for cozy movie nights in. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for basic cooking, including coffee brewer, kettle and toaster. There is also a large table available to be used as a workspace or for dining. AMENITIES Step out onto the large outdoor deck to take in sweeping mountain views. Enjoy an al fresco meal on the patio, while cooking up a feast on the outdoor BBQ. For longer stays, find an in-unit washer and dryer available for your convenience. There is also free parking available on-site. Guest access The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. There is a connecting door to the lock-off unit, which is locked at all times from both sides. Other things to note If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking. Please bring your own padlock for the ski locker, or rent one from us if needed. Please note, this unit is not in top condition. The carpets in in rough condition and the stains are unable to be removed. The beds and bedding are all new, and everything is in a functional state. It's just the carpets that are LONG overdue to be replaced. The property is priced accordingly. Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic. This unit has a lock-off suite connected by an interior door. The door stays locked from both sides to ensure privacy, similar to adjoining hotel rooms. For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. This policy is designed to protect you from being charged for unforeseen incidents that might occur during your stay. Opting into this coverage allows you to enjoy your time without worrying about minor mishaps. What’s Covered? - Lost keys, keycards, fobs, remotes, or parking passes - Broken cups, plates, or other kitchenware - Accidental stains or tears in furniture, carpets, and bed linens - Accidental damage to walls, mirrors, or other fixtures How It Works - The policy covers accidental damages up to a total of CA$1000. - If any covered damage occurs during your stay, simply report it to us. - We’ll take care of the rest, ensuring you are not charged for the repair or replacement up to the coverage limit. Optional Protection - This policy is optional, and you can choose whether to purchase it when booking. - If you prefer not to purchase the policy, simply decline the waiver during the verification process. - Without the policy, guests will be responsible for covering any damages.
