Electric fireplace and bathroom heater for chilly mornings. Plenty of amenities and extras for you to enjoy your visit to Tipp City. The space Short walk to all of the shops on Main St. Easy street parking directly in front of the home. Minimal steps leading into the home. Electronic deadbolt makes for an easy checkin and checkout at any hour. Fully equipped kitchen - pots, pans, knives, basic spices, olive oil, and more include. Keurig, coffee maker, French press, and coffee grinder available. Variety of K-cups provided. Teas also provided for tea lovers! Enjoy a movie and complimentary popcorn and snacks on our comfy velvet couch in front of the electric fireplace. We have subscriptions through Disney+, Hulu, and Netflix. Couch pulls out into a full sized bed with a thick memory foam mattress. Amazon Alexa located below the TV - feel free to use it to play music, tell jokes, alert you of traffic and weather, etc! Comfy, clean King sized bed gives you the space you need to get a good night's sleep. Two twin beds set up in the second bedroom - great for kids or extra guests. The 2nd bedroom has blackout blinds installed great for naps or sleeping in. Being located in a historic town, we do have several trains that pass through Tipp City. Please note that you will hear the train. We've provided sound machines next to each bed in case you are a light sleeper. Tankless hot water heater has been installed which means endless hot water for your stay! Enjoy the bathroom ceiling heater to warm you up after your shower. Lavender Epsom salts provided if you'd like to take a relaxing bath. Free laundry on site with detergent provided for 2 loads. Feel free to bring your own. Relax on the back patio by the gas fire pit! Fenced in back yard for kids or pups to play! Please let us know if you need a high chair! We have one we can set up for you. Guest access Guest has access to the entire home and yard. The shed is kept locked and used for storage. Other things to note Tipp City is a very fun town and we hope to make your stay as comfortable as possible! While we’ve never received any complaints about it, we do like to make it known that we are approx. 2 blocks away from train tracks. You will hear the train go by. It’s fun to watch it pass but can also be loud. Please be aware of this if you are a light sleeper. We provide sound machines and earplugs just in case!
