R: The property is located in Yolombó, in the rural area of El Rubí, in a very safe, quiet, and easily accessible neighborhood. P: How is the house laid out? R: On the upper level, you will find the main bedroom and bedroom #2, along with the living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, social bathroom, deck with BBQ, jacuzzi, sun loungers, and hammocks. Additionally, the parking space is located on this upper level, meaning you enter the house through the upper-level parking area. The lower level, connected by stairs, houses the remaining three bedrooms. P: How do I get to the farm? R: Head north from Medellín towards Niquía on the Autopista Norte (Route 25) passing Copacabana and Girardota up to El Hatillo. At the El Hatillo interchange, stay in the central lanes to connect directly via the overpass to the Vías del Nus dual carriageway (Route 62). Continue along this highway until Km 20+500 (Porcesito Interchange), where you take the exit on the right to merge onto the traditional road at Punto Aparte. A couple of minutes later, you will reach the Amalfi and Yolombó junction and cross the bridge to the right to start ascending La Cortada towards Yolombó. Upon reaching the entrance to the urban center of Yolombó, you will see the Zeus gas station next to the Yolombó Real and Nordeste Real hotels; right across from them, turn onto the road to El Rubí neighborhood and continue for 4.4 kilometers along this road until you reach Finca Guadalupe. We will send you the GPS location. P: What is the drive from Medellín like and what is the road condition? R: The drive takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. The road conditions are excellent thanks to the new Vías del Nus dual carriageway. P: What is the weather like at the property? R: The weather is very pleasant: warm-fresh and sunny during the day, and mild at night (it does not get cold). It is ideal for shorts, t-shirts, and comfortable warm-weather clothing at all times. P: What is the minimum stay? R: The minimum stay is two nights. P: How does the rate for the house work? R: The base rate covers up to 4 guests. Starting with the 5th guest, an additional fee applies per guest per night. You can check the exact price by selecting your dates and number of guests on the calendar. P: Is there an additional cost for the housekeeper/cook service, and what does it include? R: Yes. If you wish to hire the cleaning and cooking service, it costs 120,000 COP per day. R: The upper level is very comfortable for guests with reduced mobility (it includes the main bedroom, bedroom #2, kitchen, jacuzzi, and living room). R: The property features large grounds with beautiful eco-trails to walk, as well as a custom concrete natural pool (1.90 m deep) supplied by natural spring water from the mountain so you can refresh and relax. P: Is the property suitable for paragliding? R: Yes, it is perfect. You can bring your paragliding gear, take off directly from the property, and enjoy an amazing flight over the Nus Valley.
