Rent both casitas and/or the Casa Aida’s Principal House together. atbx2 The space Unit 1 is one of two private guest casitas tucked behind the main house. Each casita has its own private entrance, and the boutique courtyard and pool are shared only with the adjacent Unit 2, limited to a maximum of two guests, creating a quiet and relaxing environment. The private bedroom features a premium queen-size bed with quality linens for a restful night's sleep. The spa-inspired bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, plush towels, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. The fully equipped kitchen offers full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The inviting living area provides a comfortable place to unwind, while air conditioning and ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living space ensure year-round comfort. Step outside to enjoy the boutique courtyard and refreshing pool, surrounded by tropical landscaping and comfortable seating areas—perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon swim, or relaxing after a day at the beach. Dedicated beach and pool towels are provided, and the beach is just a short three-block walk away. Guest access Guests will have access to the shared courtyard and pool. Other things to note As a guest staying with us, we will be sending you a short term rental agreement separately from Airbnb that needs to be electronically signed and accepted. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes or any form of cannabis is strictly prohibited inside the house, Please use ashtray provided on the outdoor patio table. It is forbidden to hold parties or make noise that disturbs the neighbours.
