The three bedrooms and shower room are on the first floor, and are also equipped with air-conditioning. The villa was renovated last year and all the equipment is new. On the ground floor is the main room with a new fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living-dining room and an open fireplace. The games room with DVD, laundry room, washing machine and toilet are located just off the main living room, at a slightly lower level.
