The three bedrooms and shower room are on the first floor, and also equipped with air-conditioning. The villa has been renovated last year and all the equipment is new. On the ground floor is the main room with a new fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living-dining room and an open fireplace. The games room with DVD, laundry room, washing machine and toilet are located right next to the main living room, at a slightly lower level. The three bedrooms and the shower room are on the first floor, and are also equipped with air conditioning. The villa was renovated last year, and all the amenities are brand new.
