Garden Studio*close to M11/A11/Science Parks*

Studio in the heart of a popular Cambridgeshire village. Perfect stay for commuter working at Babraham Institute or Granta Park. The studio has all the amenities that you would need for a quick business trip such as super fast WiFi, desk, (printer just ask) & smart t.v. Towels and bed linen also provided. The studio has a small kitchen with microwave-oven or options to eat out in our local curry house or lovely village pubs! The local Chinese and Indian do a prompt takeaway service! The space **This is a studio with a comfortable small double bed/small kitchen/desk and bathroom. It is a clean and cosy space for commuters but please note, as advertised, it does not have a separate bedroom which our pricing reflects. The parking is also street parking which is plentiful. We also have a very happy Cavapoo dog who you may see within the shared garden, he is super friendly** The bathroom offers a shower and toilet/sink with complimentary shampoo/body wash. The kitchen area offers a microwave-oven so meals for one or pizzas are easy to achieve but we also have a hot plate if you fancy a stir fry or pasta! Alternatively the studio is a two minute walk from the local Indian restaurant or two fabulous pubs are still also a very short walk away. Takeaway service is also offered at the Chinese and Indian in the village. *please note there is not a conventional gas/electric oven, only the microwave oven which can be used as a mini oven to cook pizzas etc and heat food. The studio sits with the grounds of our private back garden. We are on hand if there's anything you may need but are happy to leave you to it! Please note we do have two children and a Cavapoo dog who may play in the garden after school or over the weekend however the garden is rarely used from 6pm (only to let the dog out). Please feel free to use the decking space outside the studio. If you wanted to sit on the decking outside our Cavapoo may say hello (he is very friendly). The space is strictly for one person.
