Welcome to a private guest room in our living family home on the Skåne Riviera! You have access to the ground floor with fully-equipped kitchen and living room, which is shared with the family. You are warmly welcome to hang out with us if you want, or keep to yourself more – both are okay. The house is located at the edge of the forest and the sea is reached in a few hundred meters' walk, with swimming and sunsets. This is not a hotel, but a home where everyday life goes on – perfect for those who appreciate a personal, relaxed stay and meeting people. We live here with our children. It's sometimes packed, often cheerful and always lively. Important TO know: Since this is our home, we help each other: You clean up after yourself in the kitchen and common areas Wash dishes, wipe surfaces and leave it as you would like to find it Dishwasher available – we appreciate it if you also help to empty it Salt, pepper and oil, etc. are available to borrow. For longer stays, it is appreciated if you replace what runs out We don't have fixed quiet times, but we appreciate quiet at night. About us We are a relaxed and social family who like to socialize with our guests to the extent that it feels natural. The children are happy, curious and enjoy having guests in the house. At the same time, we respect if you want your own time. The location The property is in a quiet residential area on a cul-de-sac, with forest right next door: Illuminated exercise track 1.25 km, outdoor gym & playgrounds. Close to the sea, swimming, shops, restaurants & culture Kullaberg: hiking, swimming, snorkeling, biking, Naturum & Nimis Summertime: galleries Easter: the construction tour Car is not a requirement, but driveway is available and free parking on the road outside. KIND REGARDS/the Åberg family Guest access Welcome to our home! Here you can be completely on your own or part of the family during your stay. You can close and lock the door to your room and have access to our common areas on the ground floor as much as you like. Dining area, kitchen and living room with sofa are available. During the summer months, it is also possible to use our conservatory with dining table and sofa. If you want to stay in our garden, you are welcome to do so. If you have a car, you can usually park in our driveway, otherwise on the street outside our house, for free. Electric car charging is available for a fee. During your stay We will probably be in the house most of the time. We may have guests at home. You are welcome in common areas such as kitchen and living room etc. even if we (and/or guests) are there. You choose how private you want to be, you are welcome to hang out with us when we are on the ground floor. If you need anything or have any questions, feel free to call or write in the chat. Other things to note There is a 5-year-old and an infant in the house so it's not dead quiet here but after bedtime at 8 p.m. it's usually quiet. Since we live and stay in the house, it is sometimes noisy in the living room and kitchen, but you are always welcome to stay freely and use the ground floor and garden!
