Room has 1 double and 2 single beds and is suitable for a family with 2 children or for 3-4 persons. The guests share access to the kitchen, the lobby, and all common spaces of the property. Has its own bathroom necessities, soaps, shampoos, etc. and third parties cannot use this bathroom. Breakfast served at request for €8pp which is an additional cost and is not included in the payment. BED & BREAKFAST is our Property Type/Category and does not confirm by itself breakfast payment. The space 22 sq. met. includes shower and toilet. Guest access Parking on the main public road or on the Public Parking Place 100 yds down the road on the main street. Both FREE parking. Easy access, just follow instructions in GPS. Attention, the number 45 is fixed on the wall at the entrance of the property. During your stay As General Manager I am available 24 hours.
