Small but cosy and fully equipped the studio is Ideal for couples seeking a relaxed holiday in the countryside but not far from the beach. and town, perfect to discover Sardinia South West Coast. All the external facilites (garden, terrace, bbq area and washing machine) are shared with 3 more accommodations located in the same site. The space Studio flat 2 is a cosy accommodation composed by an open space with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (stove, microwave, kettle, toaster etc) and bathroom with shower. You can enjoy your meals in the nice gazebo on the front area, furnished with tables and chairs at your exclusive use, or also enjoying an amazing sunset and drinks on the roof top terrace. You have your own parking space next to the flat and the use of all the external facilities (bbq area, washing machine, garden, roof top terrace) that are shared with other guests of the Residence. Studioflat 2 is next door to another accommodation (Two room Flat) that may be rented at the same time. In the Residence there are other 3 accommodations that shares the outside facilities. Our family Owns and manages Residenza Su prelau and we live in the Main Villa. Residenza Su Prelau Studio 2 is situated just a short walk from the small town of Gonnesa and just three minutes drive from the striking beach of Plage e Mesu and not far from the beautiful coastline that leads to Masua and the stunning rock of Pan di Zucchero and Porto Pino is one of five beautiful sandy beaches within 30 min drive away. The Studio is set within the picturesque and majestic mountains of the Sulcis region where there are plenty of opportunities for hiking, rock climbing and mountain bike riding.
