The space The fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for a carefree stay in Ulm. The kitchen has a stove and a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, Nespresso© coffee machine and toaster. Pots, pans designer crockery and cutlery by Alessi© complete the kitchen equipment. Enjoy your dinner at the dining table with a barstool and you also find a desk for working in your apartment comfortable. You wardrobe to organize all your stuff. In the queensize bed you will find a restful sleep. With Phillips HD TV 32 inches and free Wi-Fi you can enjoy a relaxing evening or work in your apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Soft towels, a hair dryer and toiletries are ready for your arrival. The towels will be provided by housekeeping every week. The costs for the final cleaning is already included. Washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room for a fee. Guest access To begin your stay at Brera we ask you for your passport or your ID card and the credit card you used for the booking. Meet your host during office hour (Monday from 8am to 4pm and Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 6pm ) personally for your check-in. If you're checking in after our office hours, please install the app "Hotelbird" an do the online check in. You will get more information from us after your booking is done.
