The space Common guest sitting room with various seating areas for reading or working, TV corner for Netflix, coffee/tea corner and private fridge. For business guests, this is the ideal location to avoid traffic jams when making appointments in the south. For recreationists, it offers silence, sunsets, cycling and hiking trails and lazy extensive breakfasts on weekends. The bedroom has its own bathroom and private sitting area with the possibility to make coffee/tea. The communal guest lounge offers several seating areas for reading, working or watching TV (Netflix), a coffee and tea corner and a small fridge for any snacks. For business travelers, this is the ideal location to avoid traffic jams in the morning when attending meetings in the South. For recreational travelers, this place offers peace and quiet, sunsets and river views, walking and cycling routes, and lazy late breakfasts on the weekends. The bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, seating area, and coffee/tea making facilities. Guest access Two bedrooms are rented in the house, each with its own bathroom/toilet. The living room and entrance are shared by guests of both rooms. A maximum of 2 bicycles can be placed inside. There are 2 bedrooms for rent, each with an en-suite bathroom. Breakfast can be ordered up to 24 hours in advance. The location is very difficult to reach by public transport: a private car or bicycle is necessary. WiFi is available everywhere. There is 24/7 hot water, tea and coffee in the bedroom, blackout curtains and reading lamps. The lamps in the living room work on a timer. Only Netflix is available on TV. For breakfast (if booked, this is ready in the fridge), a table is set in the common living room. There is a list of catering establishments in the area, but the nearest one is 5 km over the dike. On Sundays, almost everything is closed. Attention: Breakfast is NOT included in the price and is charged at €10 pp (yogurt, granola, fruit platter, coffee/tea, fresh juice). Please order 24 hours in advance. This location is very hard to reach by Public Transportation: you'll need your own car or bike to get around. WiFi is available in the guest lounge and bedrooms. There is hot water 24/7, tea and coffee in your room, blackout curtains and reading lights. Lights in the guest lounge are on a timer - no need to switch anything off. The TV offers Netflix only. For breakfast (if booked, it will be ready in the fridge), we will set a table in the lounge. A list of eating places is available to you, but please note there are no restaurants within a 3-mile radius.
