Enjoy a direct view of the water from the living room, conservatory, garden and terrace. Or even better: Just walk 50 meters directly to the lake. There you will find the boat dock and the swimming area. The house is a bit outdated, but if you don't place so much emphasis on the fashionable zeitgeist, you can feel very comfortable in this rustic log cabin ambience. Electric heating, electric car and sauna are not included in the all-inclusive electricity. The space Our property is not visible from the land sides and fenced all around, so good dogs can move freely here. Direct lake access to the property is only allowed for people. Swimming facilities for dogs are located about 2,000 m away. Horsemakers are always welcome. We can offer fenced pasture areas if the horse can cope with a homemade and stowed electric paddock. Distance approx. 1,500 m. You have to know that this is a summer house. If you can cope with an electric heater and can operate a Danish fireplace, you can also enjoy autumn and winter days here. Caution: We must limit the electricity quota included in the rental price to 15 kwh/day. Sauna, electric heating and electric car charging do not allow for all-inclusive electricity regulation. We have a village-Edeka with daily fresh rolls, as well as several restaurants, partly with lake terraces in Güster. Also worthwhile are excursions to our charming gently hilly mostly small-scale environment with a lot of water, forest and nature. City trips to Hamburg, Lübeck, Schwerin or Lüneburg are also feasible within an hour. Additional desired services such as extra towels, sauna use, rowing boat rental, horse accommodation are possible upon request and will be billed separately on site. Other things to note In the cold season, it should be considered before booking that the summer house must be heated with a wood-burning stove and electric radiators. Additional costs must be taken into account for firewood and kilowatt hours. Unfortunately, 100% all-inclusive electricity no longer works during the cold season. However, 15 kWh per day is always included. Any additional kilowatt-hours will be recorded and billed at €0.40. Even when using the sauna, the electricity consumption makes all-inclusive impossible. We ask for your understanding. By the way, a photovoltaic system helps a little with saving electricity.
