The villa can accommodate 7 to 10 people in an area of 200m2, with 4 bedrooms with no doors, rooms that come one from the other, following the primary shape of the house with respect of its original architectural style before the total renovation in 2003. There are 2 bathrooms one with jacuzzi. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. TV with DVD/home cinema and CD player is provided. The space Outside there is a big private garden, with parking place and relax areas. There is a garden area with local vegetables and plants that the hosts can use for cooking. There is also a BBQ area with all it needs, where you will be able to organize your barbecues, to make sure you enjoy perfect family and friend evenings with dining table outside, under the wooden pergola. Privete balconies are in all rooms, with a stunning view to the hills. The house hosts original artworks by the owner, as well as many other artists, Greeks and foreigners. Other things to note Since 2024, a new tax (Environmental Fee) has been imposed for accommodation over 80m2 in Greece.
