The space The loft with its own entrance as well as car and bicycle parking in the carport is located in the attic of our house. You will stay on 50 square meters of living space with the cozy flair of an attic. Large skylights give the feeling of living under a white-blue sky. The loft has two double beds, 160 x 200 cm, in an open sleeping area and a cozy sleeping berth (sweet dreams guaranteed). A well-equipped kitchen with 2-burner stove, small oven, dishwasher, fridge and adjoining seating for 4 people invites you to cook and chat. (Coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils available). A cozy living area with Netflix-enabled TV provides information and relaxation. The furnished balcony entices you to a sunny breakfast and is the perfect place for a romantic glass of wine after an eventful day. You can enjoy even more space in nature in your own private garden area (approx. 100 square meters), Capri loungers with sunroof, yoga utensils and pear tree included. ... maybe you'll end the day with a warm bath in our small but fine bathroom ... Guest access You enter through a front door via the stairwell on the 2nd floor (attic) of our house and reach your anteroom with wardrobe and luggage storage area as well as the apartment door to your exclusively used loft. You also have access to a private garden area as well as the laundry room in the basement and the drying area (in summer in the garden).
