1-bedroom, 1-bath condo perfectly located within walking distance of Broadway’s famous Honky Tonks, Germantown, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, the Nashville Sounds ballpark, and scenic walking/biking paths. Enjoy a full kitchen stocked with essentials, complimentary covered parking right next to the unit, and a fantastic river view. The Riverside Pool is open April through October for a refreshing dip. Please note: There may be occasional construction noise from across the street. You can easily walk along the river (10-15 min) or take an Uber or taxi to Broadway within minutes ($7-15). We have complimentary covered parking right next to the condo. Staying at this condo gives you access to a pool, workout facility and washer/dryer. The riverside pool is open from May to October . Please note that the condo is located on the third floor and there's no elevator. Must climb two flights of stairs to get to the unit! Other things to note About the area: The condo is located right on the Cumberland River between Germantown and Downtown Nashville in an industrialized block and currently there’s construction work in the areas nearby. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the property. If you smoke inside, you will be charged $150. One dog, not exceeding 40 pounds, is allowed.
