There are four bedrooms including a lovely garden suite which has been added to the rear of the property with a double bedroom, marble clad wet room and a sitting area with television, a good sized sitting room and dining room. There is a large enclosed garden (great for dogs and children) and patio to the rear of the property which is an ideal spot for enjoying the summer sunshine and plenty of parking to the front. Situated in a quiet road is is peaceful yet it is near to the coast road making it an ideal base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer. Nearby it is a short walk to the shop and only a 7 minute walk to the pub and for those more energetic the beach is a 25 minute stroll away. Additional Information Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). Please note, there is no starter pack (which includes tea, coffee, sugar and milk) or welcome hamper provided at this property. Guest access Ground Floor: Entrance Hall with space for hanging coats and stowing boots. Sitting room Good sized room with wall mounted LCD television with Freesat, WiFi hub, sofas, easy chairs and both floor and table lamps. Archway leading to dining room. Stairs to first floor. Dining room Large dining table and seating for eight guests, large dresser and french doors leading to garden suite and door to kitchen. Kitchen Fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven beneath, full height fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Window to side of the property. Nespresso coffee machine (bring own coffee capsules). Garden suite A new addition to the rear of the house, comprising a double bedroom with a large window to the garden and house. En-suite wet room Comprising shower, WC, wash basin and tall heated towel rail. Leading to a ... Sitting room area With a sofa (this is a sofa bed which could be used for children however guests would need to provide their own bedding for the sofa bed), a large chest of drawers and television. This area is ideal for children to watch the television and play. There are french doors leading from this room out to the patio and the back garden. First Floor: Double bedroom Bright and airy room with a double bed, cupboard with drawers and hanging space. Window to the rear of the property. Family bathroom Bath with electric shower over, wash basin and WC. Twin bedroom Front facing room with twin single beds and chest of drawers. Bunk bedroom Window to the front of the property, full size bunk beds, wardrobe and raised platform with baskets, also ideal to use as a changing station for little ones. Outside: There is a good sized enclosed garden to the rear of the property, mainly laid to grass with a patio, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. Parking at the front of the property for two to three cars.
