The house is close to the beautiful Noorderplantsoen and within walking distance of the cozy center of Groningen (15 min). We offer an apartment on the ground floor, spacious enough for two people, and with access to the lovely south-facing garden. The bedroom is on the quiet garden side, the Hästens bed is very comfortable. The living room has a breakfast corner and a sitting area with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, gas stove and microwave. The shower has just been renovated. There is wireless WiFi. The private, quiet garden (over 100 m2) has several seats and, thanks to ecological gardening, is busy with birds, butterflies and bees (and sometimes a hedgehog). Guest access Our guests have the house to themselves. There is a private entrance. Cleaning and garden maintenance are done in consultation. Other things to note In the upstairs apartment there is a washing machine; on request we can do a wash (the first time free, then €2 each time). Towels, tea towels and bedding are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped: cooking for yourself is no problem. We have a young cat in our upstairs apartment, Doerak, who also comes into the garden.
