Idyllic Cotswold cottage close to Chipping Campden

The detached cottage is spotlessly clean, up a long driveway set in 12 acres of fields, a peaceful courtyard, together with a large farmhouse and a two bedroom cottage. Where possible a 2 night stay over a weekend. You arrive and it’s self checkin, and you can relax in the middle of the most beautiful countryside location. We ask you to be respectful of the community that we live, for this is strictly not a party house. It is for total relaxation, walks, fresh air and gatherings. The space Our Cottage is interior designed offering very comfortable, cosy and beautifully designed accommodation including all the luxury needed for a perfect break away. Note how sparkling clean we are from our reviews, this is a real home from home. Sadly we don’t allow dogs. You have sole use of a fully equipped detached cottage, except only a laundry room which is to one side with a totally separate entrance. There are three double bedrooms and a very large bathroom with shower and a bath. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and has coloured lights inside. Beautiful beds, all with feather toppers, will feel like sleeping on large marshmallows, crisp cotton bedlinen, beautifully designed headboards and fresh towels. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, a large sitting room/dining room, with a large Smart TV including a DVD player with a DVD library. It has a garden backing onto some woods. The garden is equipped with a table, chairs, seat pads and a Weber BBQ. You can walk to Darlingcott or enjoy our surrounding countryside all around the cottage. For larger numbers of guests there is a two bedroomed cottage that sleeps up to 6 guests less than 10 paces opposite which is let separately. The cottage is a cottage to explore from or cosy up in. Perfect for families. We encourage family and friend gatherings to respect the cottage and countryside space we have here but no parties and no confetti or any party poppers please and no hen or stag parties. For Christmas and New Year, we have a two-night stay policy and six guest minimum. For every Friday and Saturday night stay, we have a six guest minimum policy and also a two-night minimum stay over the weekend, where available. Bank-Holiday weekends are three-night minimum together with a 6 guest minimum stay. I charge per person per night rather than for the entire cottage although you do have the entire cottage to yourself but if guest numbers change do let me know. In addition, you have full access to our AstroTurf tennis court, tennis rackets and balls available. Sadly we don't allow your dogs as we have three of our own here which we think is enough! If you charge your vehicle using our electricity there will be a £15 charge per vehicle per charge applied but please speak to Jo for prior arrangement. Guest access Guests have full access to the detached cottage, very private with your own key. In addition, you have full access to our AstroTurf tennis court, tennis rackets and balls available on request. Other things to note We have another two bedroom cottage less than 10 paces away and two beautiful shepherds huts close by too. I also have another 3-bedroom cottage 5 mins away and a large farmhouse in a different village, so lots of options for bigger family gatherings! There is so much to see and do in the area and such beautiful countryside and villages to visit. You are in the heart of The Cotswolds. We encourage family and friend gatherings to respect the cottage and countryside space we have here. The Howard Arms in Ilmington is close by with a large garden and fabulous food and The Bower House in Shipston-on-Stour is just 10 minutes away and is a wonderful restaurant.
