We took it in 1989 in run-down condition and lovingly restored it, inherited the adjacent property and laid out terraces and a garden. The 110 m2 and 200 year old Canarian country house consists of two floors and is divided into two bedrooms, a living-dining room (kitchen) with an open fireplace and a bathroom. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the ground floor. The slightly more spacious room has a large terrace from which to enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean. The bathroom offers a shower and a washbasin. The first floor consists of a 60 m2 living-dining room with an open fireplace. A large window front ,with a Spanish balcony, gives a fantastic view over unobstructed nature and the sea. In clear weather, you can see the Teide, the highest mountain in Tenerife. The open-plan kitchenette allows for a communicative atmosphere and guarantees a full view. From the kitchen you can access the large south-facing terrace.
