The Clubhouse is accessed directly from inside the home, so your entertainment space is always just a few steps away. The space is continuing to evolve, with sports-inspired décor and memorabilia being added to give it its own unique atmosphere. Fun, relaxed and completely private — without ever having to leave your home base. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire one-bedroom home and attached 334 sq ft Private Clubhouse throughout their stay. The Clubhouse is accessed directly from inside the home, giving you easy access to your private games and entertainment space. The property is completely private to registered guests, with self check-in for a simple arrival. Parking: One vehicle may be parked in the driveway. Additional street parking may be available nearby, subject to local parking regulations and availability. Other things to note To help you enjoy a smooth and relaxing stay, here are a few helpful details before you book: • Starter supplies: We provide a selection of starter essentials to help you settle in comfortably. For longer stays, additional supplies may be required. • Peaceful community: The home is located within a quiet residential community. San Antonio has strict regulations for short-term rentals, including a noise ordinance. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours of 10pm–6am Sunday–Thursday and 11pm–6am Friday and Saturday. • Before you arrive: To help protect both our guests and homeowners, all reservations are completed through our secure Guest Portal. Before check-in, you'll be asked to complete a quick ID verification and sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement. • Damage protection: A refundable $1,500 security hold is required prior to arrival, or you may choose a $45 non-refundable damage waiver instead. • Early check-in: Subject to availability, guaranteed early check-in can be reserved in advance for 50% of the nightly rate. On the day of arrival, early check-in may also be available depending on cleaning schedules, with a maximum charge of $165. • Late check-out: Subject to availability, late check-out can be reserved for 50% of the nightly rate, with a maximum charge of $165.
