Villa Euphoria in Aegina, Marathon Bay

A traditionally decorated island residence, surrounded by a beautiful fruit tree garden. Located on a hillside overlooking Marathon Bay, one of the most attractive areas of Aegina, Villa Euphoria is 250 m away from A' Marathon Beach and 500m away from B' Marathon Beach. Has a mesmerizing view of the Saronic Gulf and is highly recommended for families, couples and friends. The villa is located 4.5 km away from the center of Aigina and 7.5 km from Agios Nektarios Monastery. The space The house, located on the 1st floor of the property, offers 130 square meters of indoor living space and 50 sqare meters of balconies. The villa consists of a sunny sitting area, with a flat screen TV and comfortable sofas, which has access to a wide-open furnished veranda overlooking Marathon Bay and Moni island which is right across Aegina. Having a morning coffee, lunch or a wine in the evening whilst gazing over the Saronic Golf will become the highlight of your stay. Regarding sleeping arrangements, the house has 3 spacious bedrooms all of which have a double bed, extra towels and linens, storage for your personal belongings and A/C. Two of the bedrooms have mountain view and the third bedroom has access to a big balcony with sea view. The spacious kitchen is well equipped, with appliances, utensils and cutlery (for more details look the amenities section) and is connected to a large dining area which can comfortably sit 6 guests. Lastly, you can find two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. We can offer a baby cot upon request if you are joining us with your baby. The garden of the property is shared with guests staying at our studio which is on ground floor/garden level. You may use the BBQ facilities and the traditional wood oven and feast on the garden on a sunny day. Two parking spots are available on the property depending on availability. Guest access All the above-mentioned areas are for guests but the garden and its facilities are shared with other guests who are staying on the ground floor studio. That applies to the available parking spots on the property. Other things to note - The garden and its facilities, BBQ and wood oven, are shared with guests staying on the ground floor studio. Your pets are welcome but please keep in mind the garden is not fenced. - We are not able to offer cleaning services no matter the duration of your stay. The cleaning fee you are paying is meant to be used upon your departure to prepare the apartment for the next guests. Should you need someone to help you with the cleaning we are willing to recommend a trustworthy cleaner and you can undertake the costs. - The port of Aegina is 4.5 km away from the villa which translates to a 10 minute ride by car. Please keep in mind that the house is located uphill so guests with mobility issues might face some difficulties. - Should there be an emergency we will try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that as we do not live on the island we might need more time than expected to resolve certain issues. - The main boiler of the property is shared with other guests and you might notice a difference in the water pressure if it's being used simultaneously by both houses. - The internet speed can reach up to 24 Mbps. - We offer basic amenities like shampoo, shower gel, detergent for the dished but you might have to buy detergent for your clothes or the dish washing machine.
