Large canal house - Simmerdeis on the canal

This historic canal house, built in typical Dutch style, was completely renovated in 2022, meticulously refurbished, lovingly furnished, and stylishly decorated. The lower level features underfloor heating and period tiles. Beautiful, high-quality furnishings throughout the house create a feel-good atmosphere. The house accommodates 6 - 8 people. Dogs are allowed upon request. Children 8 years and older are allowed. The space The lower living area includes the living room with a pull-out sofa bed (plus topper) and a Smart TV, which leads into the dining area with a large table, benches, and two comfortable armchairs. The dining room opens onto a private terrace, where you can enjoy your meals in the summer heat. Directly adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen, which is equipped with everything a home cook could need—many kitchen tools, a blender, an immersion blender, a kettle, mixing bowls, sieves, etc. From the kitchen, you can access the bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and hand basin. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom overlooks the canal and is equipped with a spacious wardrobe and a Smart TV. Directly adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination, towel warmer, toilet, and hand basin. The hallway leads to the second bedroom, which overlooks the quiet courtyard. A staircase leads to the yoga suite - the third bedroom which can be used for practicing Yoga, meditation or just sleeping. Here you'll find yoga mats, meditation cushions, yoga blocks, and yoga straps, as well as the peace and quiet that's sometimes lacking in everyday life. Two kayaks, a family Canadian canoe, and two SUPs are available free of charge to holiday guests of the Simmerdeis an der Gracht complex (please bring your own life jackets) and can be found in the adjacent building in the courtyard with a key code. Due to dangerous areas (steep stairs), children are only permitted up to the age of 8. Dogs are allowed upon request.
