Blue Note is a three-bedroom, three-bath forest cabin made for multi-family trips and group getaways of up to twelve guests, with an entire private resort as its backyard. The river is a two-minute walk from the front door. The enormous heated pool, the courts, the clubhouse, and the gym are all inside the gate. And when the day winds down, the hot tub, the fire pit, and the stillness of the trees belong to you alone. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎣 On the Legendary Mountain Fork River ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • The Mountain Fork rises in the Ouachita Mountains and runs nearly a hundred miles, cold and clear, through pine and hardwood forest. It is a true river, not a creek, and it is the reason people fall for Broken Bow. • One of only two year-round trout rivers in all of Oklahoma. Its celebrated waters upstream through Beavers Bend draw fly fishers from well beyond the state for rainbows and trophy browns. • Fed from the depths of Broken Bow Lake, the water stays refreshingly cool even in the heat of an Oklahoma July. It may be the best swim of your summer. • Widely regarded as one of the finest float rivers in the state. Take a kayak out and drift past deer at the water's edge, beavers at work, and fish visible beneath you. • All of it is a two-minute walk from your door, with a community beach and easy water access for every age, from first-time waders to serious anglers. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔒 Private, Gated & Peaceful ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Blue Note sits in a private community behind a private gate, so the only traffic is neighbors, guests, and the occasional deer. • Inside the gate, kids roam free, evening walks are quiet, and parents finally get to relax too. • A wooded, private setting gives the cabin its own sense of seclusion, even with a full resort a short stroll away. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🏊 Resort Amenities Inside the Gate ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • An enormous heated community pool made for losing an entire afternoon, with room for the whole group to spread out and water warm enough to keep everyone in it. • Two pickleball courts for the family rivalry, plus a basketball court for the rematch. • A clubhouse to gather in and a gym for anyone who insists on keeping the routine. • A playground for the little ones, so every age has somewhere to be. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔥 Your Private Outdoor Retreat ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Private hot tub available year-round for long soaks beneath the trees. • Fire pit for s'mores, late conversation, and stories that run past bedtime. • An outdoor living room with a fireplace, smart TV, two couches, and a dining table—game night and dinner both move outside. • BBQ grill for feeding the crew, and cornhole to settle whatever pickleball did not. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🛏️ Rest & Recharge ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Two downstairs king suites, each a private room with its own full bathroom—ideal for two couples or two sets of parents. • A hallway bunk area with three twin bunks sits between the suites, with a third full bathroom close by. • The upstairs bunk loft holds two twin-over-full bunks, each with a twin trundle, giving the kids a floor of their own. • Comfortably sleeps 12. Maximum occupancy is twelve guests. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ Gather, Play & Unwind ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Open-concept living area with high ceilings and comfortable seating for the whole group on movie night. • A classic arcade machine loaded with games—a guest favorite and the site of many rainy-day tournaments. • A Kids' Nook tucked under the stairs that tends to be claimed within minutes of arrival. • Indoor gas fireplaces for cozy evenings from October through April, with smart TVs throughout. • Fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, coffee maker, crockpot, blender, toaster, tea kettle, and grilling tools, plus a dining table that seats the group. • Thoughtful conveniences include a washer and dryer, wifi, and a dedicated workspace. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌲 Beyond the Gate ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake are close by for hiking, guided fly fishing, and longer float trips with local outfitters, and Hochatown's restaurants and breweries are an easy drive. Most guests find they leave the gate less than they planned. Between the river in the morning, the pool in the afternoon, and the fire at night, Blue Note has a way of becoming the whole trip. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📋 Good to Know ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Pets are welcome with a fee. • The community pool is heated.
