Room in Móstoles in a family home

The space Private room in a quiet and well-kept family duplex, ideal for university guests, researchers, medical residents and professionals coming to Móstoles for a few weeks or several months and looking for a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day. The booking is strictly for one person only. Couples, families and additional guests are not accepted. The location is particularly convenient: the home is just a short walk from Manuela Malasaña Metro, close to HM Puerta del Sur Hospital, the local health centre, two supermarkets and Nelson Mandela Park with its two lakes, perfect for walking, running or relaxing. The home has two bathrooms but only one shower, which is shared. I also live in the property, together with a calm medium-sized female dog who is used to living with people. This is a peaceful home where respectful coexistence is important. Visitors who are not included in the booking are not permitted, and parties or gatherings are not allowed. Guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours, shared areas and the home environment. It is particularly suited to someone who spends the day at university, hospital or work and wants to come back to a quiet, comfortable and well-connected home with everyday services close by. Short and temporary stays are also welcome. Guest access The property is a duplex with an internal staircase, so guests need to be comfortable using stairs. The bedroom is private. The main shared area is the shower area, as there is only one shower in the home. Kitchen use may be arranged for basic needs, while the remaining areas of the home are private. As this is a private room in a family home, we greatly appreciate a discreet and respectful stay. To preserve everyone’s privacy and peace, please do not interact with neighbours, the concierge, or any other person connected with the building or common areas outside the apartment. Any questions or needs regarding your stay should be addressed directly to the host. Swimming pool: access is not automatically included. During high season, please ask in advance about availability and conditions of use. During your stay Guest interaction will be friendly but limited to what is necessary, as this is a private room in my own home and I continue with my normal daily life and work during your stay. I usually work in the living room, therefore the living room is not available to guests and is not a shared area, even if you see me there working, relaxing or watching television. Whenever possible, I kindly ask guests to check this information first and to respect my time and privacy, particularly while I am working, eating or resting. If you have a specific need or an important question, you are of course welcome to contact me and I will be happy to help. Otherwise, I appreciate an independent, peaceful and respectful stay, with minimal unnecessary interruptions and no knocking on the doors of my private areas. Due to the nature of the home and our family routine, it is not suitable for couples, families or additional guests, and visitors who are not included in the booking are not permitted. As this is a private room in a family home, we kindly ask guests to adapt naturally to the household’s usual routine, quiet atmosphere and privacy. We value a simple, independent, friendly and respectful way of sharing the home. A large, very friendly and sociable female dog also lives here and is very much part of the family. For this reason, the accommodation is best suited to guests who genuinely feel comfortable around dogs. If you do not like dogs or would feel uncomfortable sharing a home with one, this may not be the right accommodation for you. We want guests to feel welcome and comfortable, while also understanding that they are staying in a real family home with its own daily life and routines, rather than in a property entirely dedicated to guests.
