Ligurian country house with pool

Lovingly restored country house in a romantic village in Liguria. Casa Amica has a Mediterranean garden and offers a beautiful setting for relaxing holidays with friends or family. The highlight is the pool and the large terraces. The house has 3 bedrooms, a bright living room and a very well equipped kitchen with dining table and pellet stove. The furnishing is modern and underlines the original character of this 18th century village house. The space The original floor on the upper floor with its typical pattern of the time is particularly beautiful. Today it shows the traces of the long history of this house and contributes to the special atmosphere. The house has a large terrace with a dining table under an apricot tree. Another terrace with sun protection is in front of the house. The large pool (8 x 3.5 m) is shared by the guests of Casa Amica and our second house next door, Casa Oreggi. So 2 families or several friends can relax together on vacation. The washing machine, which is located in an outbuilding, is also shared. The house has 2 reserved parking spaces, which are on the street below the property. Because of the stairs and steps in the house and also the property, the house is not optimal for people with mobility impairments. Please ask if necessary! Guest access House, terraces, pool area, laundry and the Mediterranean garden as well as parking spaces are available to the guests. Other things to note Families are welcome, for the youngest we have a baby cot and a high chair. Please let us know before arrival if you would like to use this. A dog is also welcome. Please let us know before arrival if you are bringing a dog. If so, the final cleaning will cost a little more. Bring bed linens and towels. You can also rent laundry packages for a fee. Laundry packages must be ordered in good time before arrival. The house is heated by a pellet stove and electric radiators. You get the pellets yourself or order bags from the caretaker. In the heating season (October to April), electricity will be billed according to usage. Guests provide their own firewood /charcoal for the grill. One of the terraces has sun protection. Please make sure to retract it when you leave the terrace. In the event of thunderstorms, storms, etc., it can otherwise be damaged. The pool (8 x 3.5 m) has a depth of 1.50 m. Non-swimmers must therefore be supervised. Please shower before swimming. Avoid any contamination of the pool water. The pool is shared with the guests of our second house there. You also share the washing machine, which is located in an outbuilding, with the guests of the neighboring house.
