Gardener's Cottage offers excellent accommodation for families and friends. Comfortably sleeping six or seven guests, the cottage has a sociable open-plan dining kitchen and a cosy sitting room with open fire. Upstairs there is a master bedroom, double bedroom with distant sea views and a third bedroom with multi-sleeper comprising a double bed with single bunk over. There is a spacious bathroom with a roll top bath, corner walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The rear garden has been beautifully landscaped and is fully enclosed with a large central lawn and sun terrace ideal for al fresco dining and complete with a herb garden. Gardener's Cottage is set back from the road the road and has a large frontage with parking for two cars. The driveway is shared with Sutton Cottage, both properties can be booked simultaneously for larger bookings. Additional Information: One well-behaved dog welcome (small additional fee). Two small dogs considered on request. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot. The dining area has a large table and easily seats six people with extra chairs to seat more for those impromptu dinner parties. The kitchen is beautifully fitted and has high quality units with granite work surfaces and Belfast sink, there is also a breakfast bar with stools, flat screen television and a view of the lovely outdoor space with herb garden. There are a range of integrated appliances including dishwasher, larder fridge with icebox as well as an induction hob with cooker hood and matching oven and a kettle and toaster. Lobby/cloakroom A large room with small pantry and utility area, there is also a wine fridge, microwave and integrated washer/dryer, wash basin and WC. Sitting room Another stylish and beautifully furnished room with and open fire, flat screen television and DVD player. First Floor: Dressing/lobby area With door to the master bedroom and bathroom. Master bedroom A beautiful and relaxing space with low level window to the front and king-size bed with sumptuous bed linen. Family bathroom With under-floor heating and a beautiful roll top bath, corner shower cubicle with mains shower, wc and wash basin. There is a heated towel rail and window with view of the private rear garden. Bedroom three Double bedroom. A tranquil room with comfy double bed and distant sea views. Bedroom two Bunk room. A great space for perhaps small families or for three children of differing ages with single full length bunk on the top of this multi-sleeper with ladder and double bed beneath. A comfy sofa is a perfect place for children to enjoy and bedtime story. Outside: A wonderfully landscaped and fully enclosed garden with central lawn, ideal for picnics and games, a great sun terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining and outdoor seating. Choose to relax on the terrace on those warm sunny days and for budding chefs there is a great herb garden.
