The electrical installation is new and the outlets are equipped with child-proof protections. 🌿 Comfort & insulation The house benefits from reinforced wood fiber insulation, as well as triple-glazed windows, for excellent comfort in summer and winter. The mezzanine has been particularly carefully insulated. 100% blackout blinds also allow you to enjoy comfortable nights in the dark. 🛏️ Completely new bedding All bedding is new and from IKEA, as are the sheets, duvet covers and pillows. We wanted to start with completely new amenities from the opening of the accommodation in order to offer maximum comfort and cleanliness to our guests. 🍳 Fully-equipped kitchen The large 33 m² kitchen has everything you need to cook like at home: dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans, pots, utensils, Tupperware storage boxes, a grill, and everything you need to prepare and share your meals. 🎮 Hobbies You can enjoy foosball, darts, and a new arcade machine with over 10,000 games. Something to keep young and old busy during the stay! 📶 Very high speed Internet The space is equipped with a Freebox Ultra with a very high-speed internet connection and high-performance Wi-Fi. The connection is suitable for remote work, video conferencing and business trips as well as for leisure time: streaming, online gaming, videos, etc. 🛁 Towels Bedding is provided for the beds. Bath towels are available for an extra charge, upon request before your arrival. 📍 Location & surroundings The house is located in Tritteling-Redlach, in a quiet and green environment, while remaining close to shops, restaurants, business areas and the main towns in the area. 🛒 Shops nearby Faulquemont and Créhange are just a few kilometers away. There you will find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies and everyday stores. The Super U and Drive of Faulquemont are about 3.5 km from the village. 🌳 Nature & Walks Nature lovers will enjoy the forests, country roads and many walking routes accessible in the surrounding area. The area is ideal for walking, running, cycling or simply enjoying the calm. The Shlam Tour also allows you to discover the landscapes and paths of the area, starting from the surroundings of Tritteling-Redlach. 🦌 Family outings For a family outing, the Sainte-Croix Animal Park or the Amnéville Zoo are two ideal destinations to spend a beautiful day and discover many animal species in settings suitable for both young and old.
