The Maison de Fessanvilliers is at the crossroads of Beauce, Perche and Normandy. It is a former stable renovated into a charming holiday home with all amenities. It welcomes families and friends year-round. The living room has an authentic wood-burning stove and opens onto a large private garden with barbecue, garden furniture, ping-pong and bicycles available. THE HEATED SWIMMING POOL (open in 2026 from May 30 to September 27) The space The house is a mixture of Beauceron and Norman architecture, with its flint walls and half-timbering. The house and intimate garden are located in a small hamlet of 200 inhabitants. All amenities (bakery, pharmacy, tobacco, shops, post office, supermarket) are within 3 km. On site, you will find self-service bicycles (4 adult bicycles purchased with baskets), a barbecue, ping pong, board games, children's games, a 32-inch Smart TV allowing you to connect to your subscriptions (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Canal+...), a Blu-Ray DVD player, an MP3 music player, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, sun loungers and... owners with great attention to detail! Lydie and François welcome you with homemade jams. Guest access The house and its garden are private. An attached barn with bikes, ping pong, barbecue and outdoor games - just for you. A reinforced charging socket for electric vehicles (3.7 kWh) is available in the parking space. This place is only accessible to cars. The outdoor pool (open from 05/30/2026 to 09/27/2026), in the orchard, is heated and shared with the discreet owners. NO POSSIBILITY OF EARLY OPENING We offer you the possibility of late checkout (maximum 6 p.m.) for an extra charge of €30. Contact us for confirmation. Other things to note End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory (50 euros). Following the COVID-19 pandemic, we've adopted a new strict disinfection procedure between guests. With the emergence of variants, our delay between guests is extended to 1 night. Contact us for more details. Booking for professional reasons, including remote working, is limited to 3 people. You will be asked for an extra 20 euros per day. The charging socket is available on request. Access is charged as a daily flat rate depending on the type of vehicle: €12/day for an electric vehicle, €4/day for a hybrid vehicle. This outlet allows charging at a power of 3.5 kWh. You just need to make sure you have a charging cable that can be adapted to a French household outlet.
