The view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 2 people. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The living room has a 43" flat screen TV and there is a new sofa. The bathroom has been remodeled with a walk-in shower . The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a Keurig coffee machine and a standard 12 cup coffee maker. The condo has a tile floor with carpeting in the bedroom. It is furnished and has an enclosed patio with sliding windows, allowing you to enjoy the warm tropical breezes from the Gulf of Mexico, which will make your stay a memorable one.
