It is the perfect place for a quiet vacation and escape from the city's crowds and stress. This is a villa for celebrations on Fruška Gora. Spacious courtyard, swimming pool, jacuzzi, hot salt tub, sauna are just some of the amenities this house offers. The villa is located 1 km from the main road. It is reached by a macadam road that winds through the village of Brdež. Accommodation Villa MP has a sleeping capacity for 10 people. It has three bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a sauna. In the first bedroom there is a spacious French bed (160 cm), a beautiful view of the courtyard through a large glass portal. In the second bedroom there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Both rooms have nightstands and storage cabinets. In the spacious living room, two three-seater sofa beds (two adults can sleep on one sofa bed). There is also a TV (total TV), a Wi-Fi router (weaker signal because it is a valley). In the living room, instead of one wall, a glass portal is installed through which a beautiful view of the pool is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (2 stoves, oven, microwave, refrigerator with a small freezer chamber, wine refrigerator), as well as dishes (cutlery, plates, pots, glasses, cups…). Also, coffee, various teas and spices are available… The bathroom is very spacious with two sinks and a shower, guests have towels, bed linen, as well as basic personal hygiene supplies (bath, shampoo, conditioner, soap…). In the continuation of the bathroom there is a Finnish sauna – with a capacity of up to 4 people and an auxiliary room in which there is a combined machine (for washing and drying laundry). The heating is underfloor. Next to the house, in the courtyard there is also an apartment for two people with a French bed (third bedroom), a kitchenette and a bathroom. It's rented with the house. Yard Around the house there is a concrete terrace with a table and chairs, a seating set (in summer and parasols), a covered summer house with a large masonry barbecue (sac, kettle, spit) as well as a summer kitchen with a dishwasher. Behind the house there is an outdoor shower and a smaller toilet. In the spacious, grassy courtyard for children there is a trampoline (305 cm), a basket, darts. In addition, of course for all ages – a glazed pool with a jacuzzi (8 m x 4 m, depth 1.50 m) and sun loungers, folding chairs and lazy bags. In addition to the already existing heating pump, our pool has its own glass frame and thus swimming will be possible regardless of the weather. In the colder months, the pool will be of the closed type with heated salt water, and in the warmer months of the open type thanks to sliding glass portals and a movable roof. In the pool there is a turbo jet (swimming pump in place) and a massager (swallow tail). Another separate jacuzzi is also available to guests. In our yard there is also a hot tub (a wooden barrel filled with salt water) that allows our guests to swim even in the cold months. The barrel has a built-in wood stove and the water temperature is maintained by burning. The water is heated to 45 degrees. The view from the courtyard extends over the orchard, further towards the forest. The villa is intended for enjoyment and rest, escape from stress and staying in the fresh air. In the winter months, it is possible to organize smaller celebrations (up to 15 people), and in the summer months, celebrations of up to 30 people can be organized in the courtyard.
