Room in a wonderful house in Santa Teresa

The room is quiet, private, with a double mattress, Wi-Fi, beautiful window view and is part of this spacious but very cozy house located in the bucolic and artistic neighborhood of Santa Teresa. The house has a delightful outdoor area, a living room with a table and a pull-out sofa, a kitchen, a garage, two bathrooms, and other amenities, and is less than a minute's walk from the famous Selarón Staircase and less than 10 minutes' walk from the Arcos da Lapa. The space I have no intention of commercializing my home, so I do my best to make the guest feel at home. We can arrange social gatherings or other schedules together if guests wish.
