Freshly decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with high speed internet, plenty of ac/usb outlets and a 1k watt UPS. You will find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and ice cooler. You will be able to prepare just about any meal in the well-appointed kitchen and hopefully get to see the Howler monkeys outside the window. The space First level has a living room, kitchen, eating area, half bath and washer/dryer. The sofa becomes a twin bed. Second level has 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with memory foam mattress topper. The front bedroom has a hotel safe and a private balcony to enjoy the evening sunset. Guest access Los Suenos III is conveniently located and a 10 minute walk to the center of town and the beach. You will pass many restaurants, coffee shops, bars and grocery stores along the way. There is plenty of on street parking out front for cars, golf carts and motor bikes. Other things to note The condo community has a backup fresh water storage system for uninterrupted water during dry season and produces strong water pressure. There is also a water reclamation system, and the waste water is used for irrigation on the property.
