Our apartments are located on the entrance of Tivat Bay, in the close vicinity of popular Island of Flowers. Property is only few meters far from the sea, but that is not the only advantage: there is also a swimming pool at guests’ disposal, as well as sun lounge chairs, barbeque facilities and amazing view of the sea with mountains as the frame. The apartment occupies area of 40m2 and it can accommodate up to 4 people. Modern designed space provides everything necessary for a perfect vacation: bedroom, living room, kitchenette with dining area, private bathroom and a balcony. Bedroom is light and simply furnished with queen-size bed. Sofas in the living room can also be used for sleeping purposes, not only as a comfortable sitting area. Kitchenette does not occupy much space, yet it contains everything necessary for preparing a delicious meal. Dining table with chairs is also placed in the living room area and it is perfect for gatherings over meals. Private bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower and a toilet. There is also a laundry room outside the apartment, in case you plan to spend more than just a couple days in our apartment. However, balcony with sea and pool view is what makes our apartment an extraordinary place. For the guests’ entertainment, we provided free Wi Fi and cable TV channels. While you are indoors, you can regulate the temperature by adjusting the AC. Fresh ad clean linens and towels are also provided for guests, with no additional charge. Daily cleaning service is included in price, yet it can be cancelled upon the guests’ request. The guests have access to everything inside the apartment. Use of Wi Fi, cable TV channels and AC are included in price. Beside that, there is also a daily cleaning service included in price. There is also a barbecue that can be used for preparing grilled meat or vegetable meals. Since the property consists of 4 apartments, outdoor pool can be shared with the guests from other apartments. Parasols and sun lounge chairs are set by the pool. Free parking space is also available at the property. Our guests are left to enjoy their privacy, but they can contact me before and during their stay through website's Inbox, Viber, WhatsApp or regular phone. Restaurant Vino Santo is the first neighbouring property: they offer delicious food, specially seafood and fish, as well good domestic vines. Price and service are very good, so if you don't want to be bothered with preparing food, you can pay them a visit. Grocery store is 200 meters away from us. Public transportation to our place is mostly delayed and not regular. Tivat Bus Station is about 10 km far from the property. Tivat Airport is 7 km far from the property. COVID-19 update: Montenegro officially declared that in order to enter the country, visitors need to provide negative tests, not older than 48 hours. The city tax is not included in accommodation price. It is 1 EUR per adult per day and it is obligatory for anyone staying longer than 4 days. If a person travels between cities in Montenegro, city tax should be paid for each city separately. The grocery stores and supermarkets are closed on Sundays.
