Lovely bright eaves ensuite-room in cheerful house

Lovely bright en-suite double room under the eaves of a modern three storey town house, in a quiet Victorian cul-de-sac within walking distance of the town centre and close to local shops. We really look forward to welcoming you! The space This is a gorgeous guest room in a relaxed and happy family home. Nestled in the eaves of our house, the room is on a level of its own along with its en-suite shower room, so it feels really private. The room is bright and airy- it’s tall sloping ceiling has sky-light windows that beam through the sunshine (weather unfortunately not guaranteed!) but can be blocked out with its black-out blinds for a good lie-in! The contemporary en-suite shower room has a powerful shower, wash-basin, loo and shaving socket. Fresh clean towels are provided and a snuggly soft rug for the colder months. There is free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV so you can watch all the mainstream TV channels, stream YouTube or sign in to your own Netflix account. There is free on-street parking down our road or nearby. Please note we have a super smiley five year old daughter who is amazing with people and a huge joy to be around- she will be happy to welcome you too :) There are two flights of stairs up to the room- we are more than happy to help you with your bags if needed :) and can give you recommendations of places to eat and drink or places to visit. We really look forward to meeting you! Guest access The guest room and en-suite shower room are on their own level in our house. Facilities for making tea and coffee are provided in the room as well as a simple breakfast of toast in the morning.
