The property is located in an area with beautiful houses and villas. At approximately 100 meters, there is easy access to the sea, while very close by, via a small path, you can reach an alternative beach with rocky surroundings and a sandy seabed, ideal for swimming. Organized beaches can also be reached within a 5-minute drive. The nearest restaurant is about 700 meters away, while the supermarket is approximately 1.7 km from the property. Having a car is more convenient but not essential, as many guests use the free bicycles provided. A bus stop is located just 60 meters away; however, bus services are not very frequent.
