Inside, the house is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. It features a large living room with a dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and three bedrooms. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests and 1 baby: 6 guests in the bedrooms and 3 more on the sofa beds in the living room. For families with young children, a baby cot and a high chair are provided free of charge. All rooms have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, while the living room offers a large 55-inch smart TV with Netflix. The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood with houses and villas. The sea is only about 100 meters away, and nearby, through a small path, you can also reach an alternative swimming spot with clear waters, a rocky shoreline, and a sandy seabed. Organized beaches can also be found just 5 minutes away by car. The nearest restaurant is about 700 meters away, and the supermarket is approximately 1.7 km from the house. Getting around by car is more convenient, although it is not absolutely necessary, as many guests enjoy using the free bicycles provided by the house. There is also a bus stop about 60 meters away, although bus services are not very frequent. For greater comfort and flexibility, we recommend using a car or bicycle.
