Entering into the cottage you find a bright and airy open plan kitchen, living area with french doors leading onto the courtyard. A hallway leads onto the two bedrooms, each of which have modern en-suite facilities. Directly outside the cottage through one of the french doors is a lovely enclosed courtyard, but the property itself is set in beautiful grounds with a children's play area set in stunning open lawned grounds. One well behaved dog is allowed by prior arrangement. The space The children are free to roam except the area where there is a deep pond where the children MUST be accompanied at ALL times. There is a shared dining area with coal BBQ, table tennis (during summer months) and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.
