This modern air conditioned home is literally minutes away from Gore Mountain (2.5 miles) North Creek and only 25 minutes to Lake George!! Enjoy S'mores and family time at the outdoor firepit. Stargazing at night is amazing. The space Located in a private neighborhood on a 600+ acre preserve. This provides peace and quiet, access to hiking trails, and a nearby 30+ acre pond. The house has three bedrooms and an open loft - 6 Beds Total. 1. A master suite on the first floor with a king bed, private bath with walk-in shower and large Jacuzzi tub. With access out to a large deck that spans the back of the house. 2. 2 guest rooms (one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds) on the second floor with a full bath. 3. A loft on the second floor with 2 full-size futons and a desk. There is a half bath on the first floor, a large master bath on the first floor and a full bath on the second floor. The deck runs the entire length of the rear of the house and includes a screen room in the summer. Feel free to use the seasonal BBQ propane grill. The house has modern kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer and central air conditioning. We have a standby generator which will automatically power on in the event of a power loss. Ceiling fans are located throughout the house. Ping Pong table in garage! We have high-speed internet with FIOS - 100 mps. For your pets (no cats): Please note that there is a $100/per reservation fee per pet. Also, our yard is not fenced. You would have to monitor your pup or keep it on a leash. The local hardware store (Braley & Noxon) in town has basic pet supplies available. There is a veterinarian in Warrensburg. Minimum age to rent: 26 Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the basement. No parking in garage, that’s where the ping pong table is! Guests can walk to a private Pond nearby (about a quarter mile away) within the Preserve. The house is NOT on the water. Other things to note 4 wheel drive may be needed in winter months. If you have a 2 wheel drive we are not responsible if you can’t drive up the driveway.
