Cozy, spacious and comfortable mountaintop condo that sleeps 11 at Woodridge-Seven Springs. This spacious end-unit offers spectacular views from the back deck. Gas fireplace with updated appliances. The resort shuttle stops right outside the front door. Guests have access to two summer recreation areas with swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts and tot lots. Perfect for family gatherings. A very large living room, dining room, and connected kitchen. The space There is a warm inviting feeling all throughout the space, giving you a sense of being at home and in touch with the mountain. The complimentary resort shuttle service is a great way to get to and from the resorts main lodge year-round. The bus stop is conveniently located right out in front of the condo. With excellent conditions in ski season, guests can ski-in to the rear area of the condo using the resorts Village Trail. During this time, guests can also ski-out after an approximately 200 yard walk up to Village Trail. The shuttle service can also drop-off guests at the top of the mountain to ski-out or they will take guests down to the lodge. Layout: The entry area has a gear closet and then you’ll walk up one flight of steps to the main level. The main level has a wonderful open concept. A full kitchen with an island that has seating for three guests. The large dining table has seating for eight more guests. The living room has a television and a gas fireplace. Near the dining room table area is the rear deck with seating. There is one bedroom on this floor (a queen bed and sleeper sofa) and one full bathroom. The top floor has three bedrooms. A bunk room (twin over full bunk bed) with an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom with two single beds and an attached full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached full bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer located on this floor. Guest access Guests have full access to the condo except for the inside owners storage closet and the outside storage unit.
