The space One-bedroom studio apartment Petruccio is located in the new residential complex "19 Zhemchuzhina" in Arcadia. The closed territory of the complex is under protection, in all rooms (except for private, of course) there is 24-hour video surveillance in all rooms. The complex has a restaurant, a fitness center with a swimming pool, a beauty salon, a grocery store, a pharmacy, playgrounds and a small square with a fountain. The panoramic windows of the apartment will allow guests to admire the sunrises over the Odessa Bay. Petruccio is negatively affected by tobacco smoke, so it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment! If guests are allergic to fish food or just do not want the presence of a fish-packer in the apartment, Petruccio, during the stay of guests, they will leave, giving guests themselves to enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the apartment. Guest access There is an underground parking area. If you plan to use the underground parking, please let me know in advance when booking the apartment. Parking rent is charged separately. Other things to note The apartment is not provided for parties or events. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, as well as noise from 21.00 to 8.00! If the rules of accommodation are violated, guests can be immediately evicted without refund (prepayment, payment for accommodation, cash deposit).
