Basement with bedroom & bathroom

The accommodation is located on the ground floor of our house, consisting of a master suite (25 m2 bedroom and private shower room), entrance hall and laundry room with kitchenette. Access is independent through our basement, with parking and front garden accessible to users. We live in a quiet village 3 minutes from Montplaisir farm and Gezaincourt castle, 4 minutes from Doullens, 35 minutes from Amiens/ Abbeville/Albert/Arras and 1 hour from the Bay of Somme. Close to World War I memorial sites. The space The souplex is accessible by a private and independent entrance. The room is spacious and bright, and it is now equipped with a 160 x 200 bed. If there is an extra child, you can bring a mattress or baby bed that will easily fit into the room. The room is equipped with an 82 cm TV with Wi-Fi connection, an armchair, a coffee table and a large sliding closet. The shower room and toilet are also private. Towels and bed linen are provided. In the laundry room you will find a kitchen area with a sink, a Tassimo coffee machine, a kettle, a 2-burner electric stove, a microwave and a fridge. Plates / cutlery / glasses / cups / pans are at your disposal. There is also our washing machine and dryer available only for long stays (5 days or more) /!\ optional to request before your booking. The front garden as well as secure parking are available. The street is quiet and runs along the river called the Authie, walks or bike rides are pleasant. No animals allowed. Check-in on weekdays is possible from 6:00 p.m., and on weekends check-in can be flexible upon request BEFORE booking (from 2:00 p.m.), but we can arrange if our schedules allow. Please don't hesitate to ask us at the time of booking. Check-out is at 11am. If you need a delayed checkout, please let us know in advance when booking. Linens and towels are to be gathered in the laundry room and garbage cans are to be emptied before your departure :) Guest access The basement-1 as well as the front of our garden. + indoor parking on the left as you enter Other things to note We have a dog, a Bernese mountain dog that you may come across on the grounds (rare case). She is very sociable but don't worry, she doesn't have access to the accommodation.
