Basement with bedroom & bathroom

The accommodation is located in our home, on the lower ground floor of our house, and consists of a master suite (25 m² bedroom and private shower room), an entrance hall, and a laundry room with a kitchenette. Access is separate via our basement, with parking and a front garden accessible to guests. We live in a quiet village 3 minutes from the Montplaisir farm and Château de Gezaincourt, 4 minutes from Doullens, 35 minutes from Amiens/Abbeville/Albert/Arras, and 1 hour from the Baie de Somme. Close to World War I memorial sites. The space The lower-level duplex is accessible by a private, separate entrance. The room is spacious and bright, and it is now equipped with a 160x200 bed. If there is an additional child, you can bring a mattress or a pack-and-play that will fit easily in the room. The room is equipped with an 82 cm TV with Wi-Fi, an armchair, a coffee table and a large sliding closet. The shower room and toilet are also private. Towels and bed linen are provided. In the laundry room, you will find a kitchenette with a sink, a Tassimo coffee machine, a kettle, an electric stovetop with 2 burners, a microwave, and a top-freezer fridge. Plates/cutlery/glasses/cups/pans are at your disposal. Our washing machine and dryer are also available, but only for longer stays (5 days or longer). /!\ Optional; must be requested before your booking. The front garden and secure parking are available to you. The street is quiet and runs along the river called the Authie. Walking or biking is pleasant. No animals allowed. Check-in on weekdays is possible from 6:00 p.m., and on weekends, check-in can be flexible upon request BEFORE booking (from 2:00 p.m.), but we can make arrangements if our schedules allow. Please feel free to make a request at the time of booking. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. If you need a later check-out, please let us know in advance at the time of booking. Bringing other people to the accommodation is strictly forbidden. Dishes must be washed and put away. Linens and towels should be gathered in the laundry room, and the garbage cans should be emptied before your departure :) Thank you. Guest access The lower ground floor apartment and the front of our garden. + The indoor parking area is on the left as you enter the property. Other things to note We have a dog, a Bernese Mountain Dog, who you may encounter on the property (rarely). She is very friendly, but don't worry – she doesn't have access to the accommodation. Please put the linens and towels in the laundry room and empty the garbage cans before you leave. It is strictly forbidden to bring other people to the property.
